Selling on Joom Marketplace is easier and faster than you think. Here's an 7-step guide you should follow for a smooth start.

Step 1: Sign up for a free Joom merchant Account
To get started on Joom, you need to create a free account. Just go to Joom Merchant website and click Sign Up. Fill out all the required fields. Please note that the email address you enter will be your login ID. In YOUR STORE URL field, you can enter your store URLs from other cross-border marketplaces and your website address. If you don't have one or have domestic marketplace URL only, just enter “Not applicable”.

Once you register, it takes us up to 3 business days to verify your account.

Step 2: Activate your account and set up your payout method
Get a Sign-Up Form to provided email and fill it out directly in your email. Log into your Joom account and fill out all the necessary information on the Company Settings page, including your KYC profile. We prepared a video-tutorial and guide on how to set up your account.

Once you activate your account and fill out your information, you need to set Payoneer as payout method.

Step 3: Learn payout terms and platform rules
Before opening a store and uploading products, learn some basic information you need to know for successful selling on Joom.

Step 4: Open a store
To start selling, you have to open a store. You can open a separate store for each specialization. There is no limit for opening a store for one merchant account.

Step 5: Upload products
Congratulations, you've become a Joom merchant! Now you’re ready to list your product.

Step 6: Ship your order
Once you have finished uploading your products and got your first order on Joom Marketplace, you need to ship your order using offline shipping option. The most popular shipping services are India Post, Shypmax, Aramex.

Promotion is a key element to increase your sales. Try different advertising campaigns and effective strategies offered by Joom, take part in our regular promotions and become a top-store.
