Each user account has a personal page – My Profile. In “My Profile”, a user can check and edit their personal data, as well as change their password.
If you have multi-user accounts created within several merchant accounts at once, you will be able to log into them under one login and one password. However, you will need to choose the exact merchant account you want to log into. Learn more about how to manage user accounts.
How to change a password?
Go to User Settings > My Profile.
- Press Change Password in the right upper corner.
- Enter your old password and new password.
- Click Save. The system will implement the changes automatically, no further activation needed.
