To get started on Joom, you need to create a Joom account for Merchants.

1. Go to Joom Merchant website and click Sign Up.
   
2. Enter your email address. It will be your login ID.
3. Choose the country your company is registered in.
4. Click Next. You will receive a system message in your email with a link to verify the email you provided.

   

5. Click on the verification link from the email to get redirected to the account settings page. If you haven't received the email, check your spam folder. If you still cannot find the email, request it again by clicking Click Here to Re-send Link. Also, you can change your email.
6. Create a password and account name. Don't forget to read the terms and policies and tick the checkboxes.
7. Click Next.

Congratulations, you have created the Joom account! Now you need to set up your account.
