This feature is available only for Top stores. 

Discount for subscription is a tool allowing a merchant to attract more followers to the shop. The more followers a store has, the higher the chance new customers will buy products from the store. 

How does the Discount for Subscription promo work?

When a customer opens a store page with promo enabled, he will be offered a discount coupon in exchange for following the store and receiving the store updates. Joom provides a discount on shipping via JL so that the total discount for the customer is 10% (including shipping).

Once the customer agrees to receive the coupon, the discount will be applied to his purchase from the store. A customer can get only one discount coupon valid for 7 days.

We ask a customer to enable push notifications first, so he can get the discount and receive updates on the store in the future.

How to enable Discount for Subscription?

1. Go to the Marketing tab;
2. Open the Discount for Subscription page;

3. On the Discount for Promotions page you can check what stores discount is available for (only Top Stores) and see the detailed information of the promo once the store gets new followers;

4. Flip the switch by the store name in order to enable the promo for that store. Flip the switch one more time, if you don’t want to participate any longer.

How to check the orders with a subscription discount applied?

You can filter out the orders with an applied subscription discount on the Orders page.

You can also check the subscription discount amount on the specific order page.
