To start shipping with Joom Logistics, you should learn these main points and issues:
What is Joom Logistics (JL)?
Joom Logistics is a cross-boarding logistics service provided by Joom, which aims at fast and standardized shipping procedure for merchants who conduct their business in Joom and other platforms.
What are the main JL shipping destinations?
For now, JL ships orders to 23 European Countries (France, Germany, Spain, Poland, Estonia, Greece, Czech Republic, Austria, Sweden, Portugal, Luxembourg, Lithuania, Denmark, Belgium, Hungary, Netherlands, Finland, Romania, Italy, Moldova, Malta, Serbia, Switzerland) and Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Ukraine, Armenia, and Georgia.
Is using JL obligatory?
Yes, it is. For all the destinations that JL is covering, it's obligatory.
What is the maximum parcel weight for shipping?
2 kg including packaging, there is no minimum weight.
What are the maximum dimensions of the parcel?
Max dimensions sum (length+weight+height): 90 cm.
Max greatest dimension: 60 cm.
What should I do, if my parcel exceeds the maximum parcel weight and dimensions?
Ship it offline with any other logistics company.
Are there any types of products I can’t ship with JL?
Yes, JL cannot accept for the delivery batteries, products with batteries, magnetized Items, perfumes, and flammable.
What is the maximum value of product for JL shipping?
The maximum value of the product for JL shipping are $150 to Europe, $200 to Russia and $75 to Israel, 100$ - Switzerland, 90$ - Georgia
Should I print the label myself?
Yes, you need to print the label yourself and stick to the parcel. Please refer to shipping labels requirements and online order fulfillment.
What is the required label size?
Required size for a shipping label is 10×15 cm.
❗ Please make sure to pack each order individually, unless you grouped them properly while fulfilling via CSV, and put label for each package before dispatching parcels to JL warehouse.
❗ Parcels without labels will not be accepted. If the orders weren't grouped but shipped in one package, unfulfilled or unscanned orders will be cancelled.
❗ You can put a local shipping label on the other side or gather several parcels in one outer package.

What are the working hours?
Open: from Monday to Friday (9:00 am – 6:00 pm)
Closed: Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
Please note that packages are being prepared for departure on Wednesday and therefore can't be scanned. So please carefully check the remaining time for order fulfillment and don't deliver packages when fulfillment deadline is close.
What is fulfillment deadline?
Current Joom requirements for order fulfillment is 7 working days after the order was created. In case the product was not delivered to the warehouse in 7 working days (9 calendar) after the creation date, the order is automatically cancelled and money will be refunded to the customer.
