Offline Shipping and Order Fulfilment
Offline Shipping is one of the methods of fulfilling orders. If an order does not meet the requirements to fulfill online, this order can be fulfilled offline. Please read article What is "Online Shipping" for more details.
How to Use Offline Shipping?
There are three ways to use Offline shipping:
- via Merchant Panel;
- via CSV file;
- via Joom API.
Using Offline Shipping via Merchant Panel
- Open the Orders page in your Joom account;
- Choose an order you want to fulfill. You can use order filters to find the order quickly;
- Click on the Ship Offline button. If there is no Ship Offline button, the order can be shipped only online;
4. Choose a Shipping Provider from the list;
5. Fill in the tracking number.
6. Click on the Fulfill button.
Using Offline Shipping via CSV File
You can fulfill offline shipping orders in batches via CSV.
- Open the Orders page in your Joom account;
- Click on the Manage Orders button and choose Export Unfulfilled Orders. You can find the file on the Downloads page in the My Files section. Please, refer to the article My Files for more information;
- Open the file and filter the orders, which have to be shipped offline from online orders in Online Shipping Requirement;
- Find column Shipping Provider and enter the name (to check the name of avaliable shipping providers open offline order on the Order Page, click on Ship Offline and look through avaliable providers);
- Fill in tracking number in the column Tracking Number (next to Shipping Provider);
- Save the CSV file and upload it to the Joom's system: go to the Orders page, click on the Manage Orders button and choose Upload CSV File of Fulfilled Orders.
