Logistics rules and principles
For offline shipping Joom merchants are free to choose any shipping provider to send products to the customer.
There are 2 simple rules:
- All the products should be fully tracked and send by registered mail (RM).
- Logistics provider should be included in the list of Joom accepted logistics providers and tracked at aftership (If it’s not in the list, please, contact merchant@joom.com, we will check if it’s possible to put yours on the list).
PLEASE NOTE: In most cases we recommend to use postal channel for shipments, as it’s usually the best value for money for our customers.
* In case you are shipping to Russia, it is 2x times more important to use the postal channel: courier delivery companies require personal information to deliver the item and Russian customers don’t like to provide this confidential info. So, as the result it leads to conversion decrease.
