Selling on Joom Marketplace is easier and faster than you think. Here's a 7-step guide you should follow for a smooth start.
Step 1: Sign up for a free Joom merchant Account
To get started on Joom, you need to create a free account. Just go to Joom Merchant website and click Sign Up in the upper-right corner. Fill out all the required fields and click Submit. Once you register, it takes us up to 3 business days to verify your account.
Step 2: Activate your account and set up your payout method
Get an email with activation link. Log into your Joom account and fill out all the necessary information on the Company Settings page, including your KYC profile. We prepared a step-by-step guide on how to set up your account.
Once you activate your account and fill out your information, you need to set Payoneer as payout method.
Step 3: Learn payout terms and platform rules
Before opening a store and uploading products, learn some basic information you need to know for successful selling on Joom.

Step 4: Open a store
To start selling, you have to open a store. You can open a separate store for each specialization. There is no limit for opening a store for one merchant account.
