"Freebies & Reviews" is a promotional activity allowing a customer to get a product for free in exchange for a review. 

THIS IS A LESS EFFECTIVE PROMOTION THAN OUR INFLUENCER PROGRAM 

Therefore we strongly suggest the influencer program, since it is based on the same principals but you will get the reviews from the famous bloggers and influencers. 

• It takes 48 hours to stop participating in the promo after the box is unticked.
•  HOWEVER you will continue to receive freebie orders for 30 mire days even after you stopped participating in the promotion.
• The platform prepares the products in advance, therefore part of the products may be added to the list of potential products for the promo, when "Freebies & Reviews" is still active;

Rules of the Promo

Each day a customer sees 20-50 products in Joom APP and can apply to get a maximum of two products free of charge. The system then automatically selects the lucky customers, who will receive the product and will have to write a real review of it later. 

• The price of the products participating in the promo must be under $20. If you want to promote products over $20, please contact Joom at merchant@joom.com;
• All products are automatically selected by the system, not by a merchant;
• Each product can be selected by the system only four times, meaning that only four customers will get this product for free in exchange for a review;
• All freebie orders have to be delivered via Express or Standard shipping free of charge, using Economic shipping is not allowed.

How to Participate in the Promo

First, make sure you meet the requirements to be eligible to participate. Your eligibility status is determined by your Performance. If your performance allows you to participate in the promo, then:

1. Go to "Promotions" page in your account;
2. Choose "Freebies" tab;
3. Toggle the switch "Participate in Promotion".

If you wan to stop participating in the promo, simply Toggle the switch "Participate in Promotion" again.
