How to add Products to the store?
There are three ways to upload product:

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: All uploaded products must meet product requirements. Products have to go through the moderation process after being added to Joom. When products pass the moderation, they will be visible for customers.
Adding Products via Merchant Panel
- Go to the Products page in your Joom account;
- Click on the Manage Products button;
- Choose Create in Panel;
- Fill in the required product information:
- Product Basic Information;
- Product Attributes;
- Product Variation / Variations Information.
- Click on the Save button.

Adding New Products via CSV/XLSX File
- Go to the Products page in your Joom account;
- Click on the Manage Products button;
- Choose Create/Change via CSV/XLSX.
Set up a CSV/XLSX template
Here you can create up to 5 templates for a specific product category or download the default one.
- Click on the Set up a Template CSV/XLSX button.

- Select one of the two Template types:
Default | Doesn't have any pre-set category specific attributes |
Per Category | Includes pre-set category specific attributes (you can select up to 5 categories) |

- Select the Format (CSV or XLSX);
- Click on the Download button;
- Open your Template in Google Sheets or Excel;
- Edit the file and upload the edited file to the Merchant Panel.
How to Upload the File Back to the System?
- Go to the Products page in your Joom account;
- Click on the Manage Products button and choose Create/Change via CSV/XSLX;
- Put the file to the area;
- Click on the Upload button.
⚠️ PLEASE NOTE:
- You can upload CSV and XLSX files only with the default attributes. All your unique attributes specific for your products should be added to the product description.
- You can find your uploaded file on the Uploads page in the "My Files" section in your Joom account. Please read the article My Files for more details.

How to Fill in Product Information?
- Open a CSV/XSLX file.
- Start filling product information from the second row. If you don't know how to fill in some fields, please refer to the article All Product Attributes;
- Start filling the information of product variations from the SKU column;
4. Use a separate row for each new product variation;
5. To group a few product variations into one product, fill in the same Product SKU;
6. The Product Name, Description, Tags, Dangerous Kind and Main Image of the Product attributes are common to all grouped product variations. Make sure that the product information is valid for all grouped variations;
7. Fill the Store ID information. If there is only one store in your account, you don't have to fill this information; if there are more than one stores in your account, it is required to fill this information;
8. Save the document as a CSV/XSLX file.
⚠️ PLEASE NOTE:
- The first row contains default names of product attributes;
- Required attributes are marked as required;

Those fields that cannot be changed, but are required to be filled in are marked as required, irreversible.
- Use a new row for each product variation;
- Do not add or delete pages;
- Non-mandatory attributes can be left blank.
Adding Products via Joom API
