Product-filtering helps you quickly find and export products in your Joom account.
How to filter products?
- Go to the Products page in your Joom account. The filters are located above the list of products.
- Click on the Store button. You can see the products from all stores or from the specific store.
- Click on the Add Filter button to see more available filters.
- Choose one or several filters to sort your products.
When you finish filtering the products, you can download the product information via CSV. To do that, click on the Export Products button. Your file will be available in the "My Files" section.
What product filters do we have?
|Has Active Version
|See which products have active versions.
See if your products are available for purchase or rejected due to certain reasons.
Products get rejected when Joom platform's policy is violated. Please read the article Platform Rule Violation and Penalty for more details.
Select a diagnostics and see the corresponding products.
|Set the date range your products were created at.
|Set the date range your products were updated at.
|Set the number of people added the product to their cart within the last 28 days. You can set the range from 0 to unlimited number.
|Select a category and see the corresponding products. You can select more than one category.
|Set the rating range from 0 to 5.
|Set the number of reviews received from 0 to unlimited number.
|Size Chart Added
See what products have size chart added.

|Insert the product ID to find the specific product.
|Insert the product name to find the specific product.
|Insert the product SKU to find the specific product.
|Insert a tag to see the corresponding products.
