Influencer Program is a tool for promoting your products on the Joom platform. Promotion occurs through reviews, which can be seen by millions of users of our social network. When your products have quality reviews, they have significantly higher chances of being bought.

Based on the data received from our merchants, we came to the conclusion that using the Influencer Program actually has a positive impact on the purchase rate of the product!

How does influencer program work?

There are two modes for Influencer Program: Manual and Automatic.

I. Manual

Create a request to review your product. You will be able to choose a blogger among those, who have replied to your request. Afterward, you send the product to the chosen blogger. It is not different from any usual order, except for no charging this time. The blogger will publish the product review within 20 days after receiving the product.

II. Automatic

There is no guarantee that the blogger will give a positive review, and Joom will by no means try to affect the viewer's opinion. As a result, please ensure that the product you send does not contain defects or inconsistencies in the description. While shipping the order, also make sure that you are sending the right variant and the order is in its entity.

Who are the bloggers?

A blogger is a verified Joom author with many subscribers and posts.

The bloggers we select are the most popular on our platform and have been given open access to Influencer Program. These bloggers are all selected by the Joom platform for their broad appeal and access to large audiences, which has led to increased sales. 

How to choose a blogger?

While choosing a blogger to promote your product, consider the following:

• The number of subscribers or followers is not always correlated to sales volume;
• The most efficient way to choose a blogger is by checking bloggers' personal information and blog posts on the Joom APP. 

What is a review?

A review is an extended qualitative opinion about a product. A review typically contains high-quality photos, videos, as well as text descriptions of the product.

Users see the bloggers' reviews on the product page of the Joom app.

How to make a request?

1. Go to the Merchant Panel → Marketing → Influencer program. 
2. Click Create Application.

3. Enter Application name and ID of the product you want to promote.
4. Choose a mode of Blogger Selection (Automatic/Manual).

5. Click Save.

How to ship a blogger's order?

We highly suggest you send products that can be tracked: without tracking codes, we can’t determine the delivery date and therefore set the deadline for the blogger to complete the review.

If there is a suitable online shipping channel, the Merchant Panel will offer you to ship the order online. Don’t hesitate and request online shipping for such orders. The most important is, according to the online shipping policy, shipping orders to bloggers via Joom Logistics is free for you!

If you can't ship the order online, please ship it offline. In this case, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs.

Which product should be reviewed?

Basically, you can choose any product for review. Still, we’d propose selecting products with few or no reviews at all. Doing so helps them gain popularity and attention that quality products receive.

Please note that Products for adults and Feminine Hygiene Products categories are not available for review request.

How to pay for a review?

You just need to deliver the product to the blogger for free. At this point, Influencer Program doesn't require any payout. Later on, as the platform develops, you’ll be able to offer payout to bloggers that you’d like to review your products.

How to contact the bloggers?

Any way of direct communication with Joom bloggers is strongly prohibited by the platform.

There’s currently no way to contact bloggers directly, as bloggers are users of our app. Still, you can always write to our Merchant Support team if you’ve got questions about working with bloggers.
