You have already uploaded the same product into one of your account's stores. Joom does not allow merchants to upload duplicated products into the platform, even into different stores within one account.

1. Product images have to be of a high-quality
2. Product main image have to demonstrate a close-up front view of the product itself
3. Product images should not be stretched or photoshopped
4. Product images should not be blurred, dark or low quality
5. Product images should not display "Hot," "SALE", "2017", "NEW" marks, promo codes, discounts, calls to action, contact information etc
6. Product images have to depict the product from different angles on the extra images
7. Product images have to depict the variation’s attributes on the variation images
8. Product images are allowed to include one or several images displaying package content information
9. Product images are allowed to display a logo in English on the left corner
10. Product images are allowed to include one or several images displaying product size information
11. Product images are allowed to include one or several images displaying simple “how to use” instructions
12. Product images are not allowed to display watermarks
13.  Product images should not display extra text, non-English (or non local) text or text that interfere with the product picture
14. Product images should not have any kind of frames and especially wide black or white ones

1. Product name has to correspond with the product image and description
2. Product name has to be easy to read, contain all the spaces and punctuation required
3. Product name should not contain invalid characters, like HTML code or non-UTF-8 symbols
4. Product name should not contain reference to third-party resources
5. Product name has to contain information about the product’s main characteristics
6. Product name should not contain repeated keywords
7. Product name should not contain "Hot," "SALE", "2017", "NEW" marks, as well as promo codes and calls to action

1. Product description must not be longer than 10 000 byte in UTF-8
2. Product description has to be in English (Latin symbols) and should not contain invalid characters, like HTML code
3. Product description has to be formatted and easy to read, meaning that has to contain all the paragraphs required

If you have problems with product variations you may find customers being unable to buy your product at all.

Joom respects the intellectual property rights and strictly prohibit to sale counterfeit products on Joom.

Selling some products as well as publication of some content are considered illegal in different countries or require a special permission.
