How to Navigate in Merchant Panel?
Merchant Panel is an integrated management system for Joom merchants. Within this system, you can operate and manage your account.
Left Side Menu
Analytics. This section includes collected data evaluating how many orders you get and how well your products are being sold. Please refer to Analytics Tab to learn more.
Stores. Here you can open a new store, enable and disable your previously created stores, check orders and product information in any specific store etc.
Orders. Here you can edit, filter and fulfil orders.
- Products Reviews allows you to check and download all the product reviews. In addition, you can filter reviews by product ID, Store ID, review content type, order created time and rating.
- Category Requirements helps you find a category you are interested in and learn more about its category-specific requirements and recommendations.
Marketing. This page is designed to help you promote your products. You can participate in Joom Ads, Promotions, Limited Time Offer, Influencer Program to increase the product impressions, boost your sales and increase GMV.
Warehouses. Here you can add and edit the warehouse information, shipping destinations and settings for logistics.
Finance. This section includes all the financial information, including payments and invoices.
Document. Here you can upload required documents.
Right Side Menu
Account Settings. Here you can check your general information filled out automatically.
General Settings. This page includes contact information, return address and emails addresses for notifications about platform rules updates.
KYC Profile. Here you can check your KYC Profile status. All Joom merchant must undergo the KYC procedure when first activating an account on the platform and keep the company information in the KYC profile up to date.
Payment Settings. This section determines how merchants receive payments.
Allowed Countries & Regions. Here, you can enable or disable a country from the list, so your products will not be displayed to customers located there. You will not receive any new orders from disabled countries.
Please ensure that provided information is correct and up-to-date.
My Profile. Here, you can check and edit your personal data, as well as change your password.
User Account. Here, you can manage user accounts.
This section includes Joom Platform Rules and Help Center.
Here you can check existing API APPs and upload the new ones.
Joom API is a fully programmable alternative to the web version of Joom that contains all the important basic information on product creation and order fulfillment. You can use it if you have an ERP system and a large amount of data that is not suitable for operating manually. Learn more about Joom API.
