How to Set up your Account?
If your account is not set up properly and lacks some information, you will see the red exclamation mark on the Settings page in your Joom account.
Open the Settings page in your account. Your account information is already filled out, and you cannot edit it.
Step 1: Fill in the Contact Information |
Provide valid contact information and email addresses to receive notifications about platform rules updates. You can add several contact email addresses.
Don't forget about public contact information, which will be shown to customers.
⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: While setting your account, the text content you provided should be in the correct format (for example: need to have a space between English words, punctuation must be accurate).
Step 2: Provide the Return Address |
It should be valid to get returned products back.
If you have stores on other platforms, you can add the URLs.
Don't forget to click on the Save button.
Step 3: Pass KYC Profile review |
Merchants should provide KYC Profile information according to the platform requirements. Merchant without approved KYC Profile will not be able to complete the account registration process.

Don't forget to click on the Send for Review button.
Step 4: Choose the Payment Method |
Use company accounts only. Personal payment details are not allowed.
⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: Joom transfers money to the company you stated in your KYC Profile.

Don't forget to click on the Save button.
Step 5: Set allowed countries & regions |
Disallow countries you can't or don't want deliver your products to.
Don't forget to click on the Save button.
