Before you start shipping your products, please get acquainted with our main shipping rules and points:  

 Korean merchants are free to use any shipping provider to deliver items to the customer. Please, check our list of accepted shippers.

Please note: If you can't find your logistics company in there, please contact us at merchant@joom.com. We will check the possibility of adding this shipping company to the list. 

Time limitations:

• Korean merchants have to fulfill the orders within 5 working days. All the orders, which are not shipped within this period will be automatically canceled by the system.
• Delivery limit for the Korean sellers is 60days. All the orders, not delivered within this period will be refunded.

 All the orders must be fully trackable until they reach the customer. Not trackable/half trackable shipments are not accepted and will be refunded.
