Before you list your product, please learn all requirements of a product. 

There are three ways to upload a product:

Adding Products via Merchant Panel

1. Go to the Products in your Merchant Panel account.
2. Click on the Manage Products button and choose Create in Panel. 
3. Fill in the required product information:
   • Product Basic Information;
   • Product Attributes;
   • Product Variation and its details.
4. Click Save. To learn how to delete added products, refer to article Archive / Delete Products.

Adding New Products via CSV and XLSX files

1. Go to the Products in your Merchant Panel account.
2. Click on the Manage Products button and select Create/Change via CSV/XLSX.
3. Click Set up a template CSV/XLSX.
4. Select a template type:
   Default. Doesn't have any pre-set category-specific attributes.
   Per Category. Includes pre-set category-specific attributes. You can select up to 5 categories.
5. Select the format and click on the Download. Templates are regularly updated, so we recommend you to download a new one each time you want to add new products
6. Open the file in Google Sheets or Excel.
7. Add products. Fill in the default attributes. All your unique attributes specific for your products should be added to the product description.
8. Upload the file to the Merchant Panel (Products > Manage Products > Create/Change Products via CSV/XLSX > Put the file to this are or click to upload).
   To check the uploaded file, click the cloud icon on the top panel next to your name > Uploads.

Adding Products via Joom API and ERP services

To add products via Joom API or ERP, please, consult your service provider.

After listing, the product has to go through the moderation process. When products pass the moderation, they will be visible to customers.
